So yesterday I made mustard burgers for lunch, using the failsafe, always bound to evoke much praise, recipe from the great reliable Darina Allen’s Simply Delicious Food for Family & Friends. This is a firm favourite in our house, Winter & Summer, and can be tarted up as desired depending on your taste – we used cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, mayo & ketchup of course, and Paul Caprani’s tomato relish (Paul is a neighbour, and I bought a ton of his relish at the school cake sale last year).
