So yesterday I went along to Bloom in the Phoenix Park. In fairness, it was fairly fantastic. The gardens were magnificent (congrats again to my nearish neighbour Leonie Cornelius for her winning Super Garden!), the weather fab, the gardening exhibits, plant sales, floral displays and garden equipment stalls were all pretty great, but pride of place to the food village which seems to be almost taking over! I ate my way around – delighted to see the Craft beer tent (it would have been churlish to refuse a sample!). So many of my lovely clients there – Burren Smokehouse, Clonarn Clover eggs were just two. More anon, hope you come back!
