We just love it here – great for an early dinner before the cinema or a lingering one, whatever! French bistro food in Sligo, great! Pictured here are the hot smokies.

If you’re ever in Dublin you should get along to 101 Talbot (guess where it is?!). We were there lately for a late night plate after the theatre (as you do darling!). A shared mezze plate, 2 glasses of vino, great service, all was well with the world!

On the road again….Ivyleigh House in Portlaoise (of all places !) -comfy beds a a breakfast to die for…..

For some nostalgia, I made my Mum’s Smoked Cod pizza which was a regular menu item at home in the 1980’s. I found the original BIM recipe sheet too that she got while on an ICA Cookery Course!
